Sassy Seagull has been remodeled and an addition was added. Everything was being redone from floor to ceiling after Gustav! The living room has been extended adding windows across the front of the house, allowing its vacationers to see the beach from inside! Sassy now has a hwy side porch & beach deck (half covered). Another bedroom and bathroom has also been added. This location will be a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath rental. It is located at the beginning of the Island across from a Marina. Lots of parking!
