Presidential Palace has great views of the beach from the
living room and the game room. This house is great for large family
gathering. The upstairs level has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 19) 4 bathrooms,
2 sitting areas, 3 eating areas, laundry, an LSU bar and a huge screen TV!
It also includes a separate game room with a pool table and 4 bunk sets
(total of 4 doubles and 5 twins). The downstairs level can be rented
with or without the upstairs level. The downstairs has 1 bedroom, 1
